Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager handle the company’s social media accounts and post content
- Involve in brainstorming campaign ideas with team, if needed
- Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Ads
- Create content or caption for the campaign in Chinese or English languages, if necessary
- Provide support to social media efforts in conceptualization and designing of marketing materials such as advertisements, newsletters, web banners, social media (Facebook and Instagram posts and stories), festival greetings, and any online-related matters
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas, suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
- Plan and work both as part of a team and independently, meeting deadlines, striving for accuracy, being accountable, and making decisions
- Perform analysis of marketing and sales data.

Requirements
- Internship duration: 3 - 6 months
- Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and team-oriented.
- A positive attitude and a keen interest in exploring social media/digital marketing
- Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Mass Communication.
- Proficiency in Mass Communication & Media Literacy, Journalism & Media, Advertising & Marketing or Electronic & Digital Media.
