HQ Pack belongs to the worldwide top in the field of High-Tech packaging and tooling. We develop, clean, produce and manage the logistic flow of packaging for high-quality industrial products. Very fragile, valuable parts get the protection they need during transport all over the world.
What are you going to do within our organization?
You are responsible for your own customer portfolio consisting of about 60 customers (National and International).

There are about 600 different types of packaging, all of which have their own requirements and are increasingly being reused. This requires creative solutions, entrepreneurship and a good understanding of the entire supply chain. You must be able to properly safeguard matters, arrange things quickly and professionalize and optimize processes. You work closely with the existing customers, where you spend about 40% of your time. In addition, your activities as an Account Manager Service Center include:
- You are budget responsible;
- You are the point of contact for everything related to the flow of (return) packaging;
- You independently make price agreements;
- You independently submit quotations.
You will work independently a lot, but you will fall within the existing sales team so that you also have colleagues to spar with. You work closely with your colleagues from the service center / logistics. You communicate easily and well at various levels both internally and externally, from the supply chain manager of a global company to the employee on the loading dock.
Your duties as an Account Manager include:
- Maintaining and further developing customer relationships (by telephone, video calls and visits);
- Advising the customer in the field of materials, product groups and/or services;
- Making analyzes and providing reports at customer level.
- Drawing up a Sales Plan in collaboration with the Manager Sales EU Accounts
- Elaborating, issuing and following up on quotations with input (calculation) from the project office;
What we ask
To be successful in the role of Account Manager you have the following requirement:
- Higher educational (HBO+) working and thinking level, preferably commercial / technical education;
- Affinity with technology is an advantage
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant working experience in a simular role
- Experience with customer management / account management and quotations
- Good command of the MS Office software
- Experience with ERP systems is desirable
- Good command of Dutch and English in speech and writing is a requirement, command of German in speech and writing is an advantage

Our group of companies employs over 1000 people spread over 7 locations. HQ Pack's head office is located in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Within HQ Pack Group we also have a specialized company in the field of plastics machining (HQ Plastics), cleaning (HQ Precision Cleaning) and in the field of wood working (Seerden).
