Technical Program Managers (TPM) work cross-functionally to lead a growing book of service engagements, ensuring automation engagements and initiatives are optimally resourced, solutioned and delivered within budget time, scope, quality, and cost constraints. The TPM will also help to drive services sales in South Korea.
What you'll do at UiPath:
- Coordinate with sales leadership team within the region and drive Professional Service / Support sales across the region.
- Devise customer penetration strategies to increase organic and inorganic sales of the region.
- Responsible for carrying regional service numbers along with sales.
- Be the face of Professional services in front of the customer explaining PS capabilities and offerings.
- Active participation across multiple forums to drive services awareness and brand building.
- Generate demand for PS offerings by devising campaigns and curated solution offerings.
- Build custom solutions as per specific requirements of the customer.
- Work with internal practice / delivery teams to gather and finalize estimates.
- Take pricing calls and discount decision in accordance with the policies working closely with sales and customer.
- Take part in contract negotiation and contract closure discussions.
- Generate quotes and SOW’s.
- Responsible for report out performances and forecasts for the region.
- Manage local delivery resources and be the face of escalation for any delivery related issues.
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to assess customer demand and act quickly with the solution offering.
- Ability to drive regional sales team for meeting services number s for the region.
- Ability to listen to multiple stakeholders and balance expectations.
- Strong negotiation skills
